Imperium Commodity Search is working with a growing specialty coffee house in Florida looking to grow out their sales side presence in the domestic US market.  The firm have relationships in LatAm via their own farm as well as sourcing relationships with others.  As they grow, they are looking to build out a network of small-mid sized clients in the United States for the sale of specialty green coffee.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with small/mid-sized specialty roasters in the US with the view to establishing trading lines
• Sell specialty green coffee into roasters/customers within the US/Canadian markets and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Manage risk positions and oversee the operations process from farm to client
• Oversight of logistics and smooth trade process of specialty green coffee from LatAm through to the US Markets
• Conduct analysis of the market and identify areas for growth
• Work with suppliers in South America to ensure consistent supply of specialty green coffees to maintain customer demand
• Travel to visit clients/build relationships with coffee roasters across America

Experience:

• 5 years experience on speciality green coffee
• Experienced in sales/account management with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
• Book of clients/existing contacts within small and mid sized roasters in the states
• Ability to travel
