Imperium Commodity Search operates as a retained and engaged search firm. Our terms are structured according to the nature of the relationship and the circumstances in which an introduction is made.
Which Terms Apply?
If Imperium has been formally engaged to undertake a retained search, the Retained Search Terms of Business apply.
If no retained search agreement is in place and Imperium introduces a specific individual on a confidential introduction basis, the Candidate Introduction & Engagement Terms apply.
Where a separate written agreement has been entered into between Imperium and a client, that agreement will take precedence to the extent of any conflict.

These terms apply where Imperium confidentially introduces a specific individual or team of individuals outside of an existing retained search mandate.
