Title: Senior Dairy Trader

Salary – Negotiable
Imperium Commodity Search is working with a European Trading house specializing in the dairy market. Looking to add a senior Dairy Trader to their team in Warsaw with a product focus of powders, cheese and Liquid Dairy.
Responsibilities:
- Trading physical Dairy products across powders, cheese and liquid dairy
- Develop and maintain relationship with farms and processers to increase ability to source products
- Actively build relationships with processors and end-users across Europe
- Keep Dairy knowledge current and up to date to allow trading opportunity to be utilised
- Identify new regions and trading opportunities across milk/whey powders, cheese and liquid dairy throughout Europe
- Travel to meet clients in the dairy industry (producers, manufacturers, processors and FMCG companies) to better sales lines across product offerings
Experience:
- Must have more than 4 years’ experience in a physical trading role across dairy products
- Excellent knowledge of back to back dairy trading markets
- Transferable book of business across dairy products in Europe including Milk/whey powders, cheese, and liquid dairy
- Must speak English, plus an additional European language (German, Russian, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch)
