Job Title:  Physical Energy Broker (Refined Products / Gasoline / NGL’s)
Salary: $100,000 – $200,000
Contract type: Permanent
Location: Houston

Representing an established brokerage in Houston with great market representation across Physical and Derivative Energy products including Gasoline / NGL’s / Refined Products / Ethanol to list a few, With a unique structure and dynamic approach to their work our client has a diverse product offering to meet their client’s requirements. With an experienced team in Houston our client is looking to expand present coverage of physical and financial energy product offerings.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for broking physical Gasoline / Gasoline Components / LPG / Naphtha / LNG across the US, and International Markets.
  • Develop portfolio of clients across Producers, Traders, Suppliers, customers within the domestic and International Energy markets.
  • Market the company’s Physical and financial Gasoline / NGL’s / Refined Product offerings including live / forward pricing, Risk management and brokerage services
  • Identify and build relations with major traders, suppliers, producers within the Physical Energy markets in the US to promote the company’s unique market analysis / pricing platform.

Requirements:

  • 5 + years’ experience within a physical brokerage / Trading House / Producer within the energy sector (Gasoline / NGL’s / LPG / Refined Products etc.)
  • Proven track record of managing a profitable book business within the Gasoline, NGL. Refined Products.
  • Knowledge of major energy hubs and Producers suppliers of various products across the US / Gulf Coast / Canada.
  • Fluent in English (another language beneficial)
  • Located Houston of willing to relocate
