Job Title: Cross Commodity Broker

Imperium is pleased to be representing and established derivatives brokerage Built upon their dominance within the Nat-Gas & Crude options markets. With a strategic expansion plan in place to build market presence within the Energy and related markets across Futures / Swaps / Options. The company is currently seeking experienced brokers with business within the Energy & Cross commodity Markets.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Promote the company’s derivative offerings, creating solutions within the Energy markets (Oil, Gas, Power, LNG, Coal, Carbon etc)
- Onboard and manage client relationships across Power, Natural gas, Emissions and Coal derivatives to commercial, Wholesale, Trading Houses, Banks & institutions.
- Ability to execute trades across futures, options & swaps within the Energy Markets.
- Provide bespoke risk management services to clients within the Power, Natural Gas, Emissions and Coal derivatives sector.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience broking Futures / Options / Swaps within the Energy Sector Power, Natural Gas, Emissions, Oil, LNG, etc)
- Experience building long term relations and profitable portfolios of business within International brokerage shops.
- Excellent understanding of options and derivative products with ability to promote and negotiate contracts with suppliers and traders.
- Located in (New York or Houston or willing to relocate)
