Title: Commercial Lead – Marine Fuels / Bunkers
Contract type: Permanent

Pleased to be working with an Established shipping and trading company operating as a one stop shop for the maritime market, with global offices and structured product offerings. Our client is currently seeking a Commercial Lead for their Bunker / Marine fuels trading arm located in London or remotely to represent the company’s activities across North West Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a client relationship manager across North West Europe for the firms trading activities.
  • Promote the groups trading activities across Marine Fuels / Bunkers / Lubricants / MGO / LSFO to International Shipping companies / Suppliers / Traders / Brokers.
  • Responsible for supplier relations and Customer Management across major European Ports covering ARA, MED and NWE markets.
  • Enhance existing relationships and increase groups profitability for Key accounts across Tanker / Dry Bulk and Offshore clients.
  • Work with the European Trading and Operations teams to fix Bunkers and provide Market analysis to Key Accounts.

Experience:

  • 5 years’ experience within a Bunker Trading house / Broker / Supplier within Europe.
  • Commercially focused with Proven track record of developing new business within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Understanding of Bunker Operations across ARA, NWE and MED region
  • Fluent in English (Additional Languages highly desirable)
  • Network of contacts in the back to back bunker industry
