Job Title: Bunker Trader

New opportunity for an Experienced Bunker / Marine Fuels Trader to join an International Shipping and Trading business. The Company Manages Their own as well as Partners Fleet of Tankers globally as well as providing services to the International Shipping Markets. They are currently seeking an experience Trader to join the team in Greece to Trade Bunkers globally as well as supply to the Groups fleet.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Trade Bunkers / Marine Fuel Oil / MFO / LSFO and Lubricants to the Global shipping industry.
- Provide Market reports and global Bunker Industry analysis to Ship Owners / Charterers & Trading houses.
- Maintain Strong relations with the Ship Owners / Charters to build long Standing business partnerships.
- Strong relations with Physical Suppliers within major ports globally with a focus on Mediterranean / European Ports.
- Negotiate Contract and spot trades within the Bunker sector across Asia, Middle East and Europe
Requirements:
- 4+ Years’ experience within a Physical Supplier / Back to Back trading house as a bunker Trader / Marine Fuels Sales or Marketing role.
- An established network of Contacts in Physical Suppliers, Ship owners, Charterers and Traders.
- Knowledge of Market legislations and Contract regulations to provide accurate information.
- Experience building and managing a profitable portfolio of busines within Bunker Trading.
- Located in Greece or willing to work remotely.
